Daft Punk – Lose Yourself To Dance (Fan made Soul Train video)

This video may, in fact, be the greatest fan made video in the history of fan made videos. The music from “Lose Yourself To Dance” is expertly matched to amazing moves by Soul Train dancers. The panning shots of the dancers come from a Stevie Wonder appearance in 1973, while he was playing “Superstition”. There’s also a Soul Train line segment, but it’s not from the “Superstition” video.

“Lose Yourself To Dance” is one of those songs that should get you nodding your head and tapping your feet. The song features Pharrell Williams on vocals, Nile Rogers on guitar, Nathan East on bass, and John “J.R.” Robinson on drums. These names may not jump out at you, but you’d recognize their individual bodies of work. Robinson, for instance, played drums on Michael Jackson’s Off The Wall record, and Rogers was in Chic.
